Hi,

I am doing the MS Office course and ms-word is near to complete. But I have not yet understand what is the exact use of macros in the word?

Please help me to aware about the different uses of the macros in the word.
I would appreciate your help.

*. Macros in the ms-word are usually created to do time consuming tasks. If you want to do task which comprises similar functions on the big document, then for this you can create a macro which will achieve this tasks within comparatively less time than by manual process.
