Document layout in Microsoft Publisher 2007

How to use different formatting styles in Microsoft Publisher 2007. What are the different types of page layout available in it. I have not used publisher before but a similar type of software. I am not familiar with the interface of the application. I need some basic example of formatting, layout and printing styles used in Publisher 2007.

To make a print preview, simply click on the button Publisher 2007 - Print Preview. Here, you can see that you have 3 invitations per A4 sheet. To print a document, choose Print from the File menu. Just give ok and set your page orientation as you want. You can also adjust the page size and other relative settings.

If you want to align a text in the middle of a box then use this settings. To center text, click in the middle of the text box and click the button Publisher 2007. You can use Align Left - To Align text on the left, Align Right - To Align text on the right, Justify text - To justify the text. The buttons can accessed from the ribbon. To change the font of characters, select the text and then click on the following. To change the font size of characters and thus reduce or enlarge the print, just select your text and then click on Font size.
