How to Manipulate cells in Microsoft Excel 2007

What are the different methods of selection of cells to modify the look of these, as well as differentiate between each of the methods and how to choose the most appropriate for the operation to perform. The simplest way to do the drag and drop option. And it can be done by using formulas also but that looks too difficult. What more options are available to this.

We recommend you start Excel 2007 now trying to get everything you explained. When selecting cells is very important to look at the shape of the mouse pointer to see if we really going to select cells or perform another operation. To select a single cell, just click on the cell to select with the left mouse button. To select a set of adjacent cells, press the left mouse button in the first cell to select and hold the mouse button while dragging to the last cell to select, then release and watch the selected cells display a frame around and change color. To select a column place the cursor on top of the column identifier to select Column D and click on it.

To select a row must place the cursor on the left of the row identifier to select and click on it. Placed on the upper left button of the road located between the index of column A and row 1 and click on it. If we perform an operation to remove leaves and add a leaf or leaf, you do not select all cells with this method as being located in the road just to have it checked. Many times we may be sure to select any cell or that we want to select non-contiguous cells, this will be undertaken by the new selection by holding down the CTRL key.
