Hi, you can check the version of your Microsoft application with the help of following:

• Click Start, and then click on Control Panel.
• Now Click on Add or Remove Programs.
• First locate and then click to select the appropriate Office edition.
• Click the resulting.
• Now click on support information link.
• You will get the message box which will display the correct version information.

OR simply make use of Version Detector and find out the version instantly.
