Entourage : An unknown error (-50) occurred

Hi,

While trying to send a mail on my ibook Mac OS X via any entourage crashed and error (4362) is shown. Nothing to do! We tried to put the data around on a key and the key was blocked shot it no longer opens. I used an iBook G4 from a friend for sending messages around for two days and today morning, I got the An unknown error (-50) occurred appears on a blank page and I can not even close entourage. Following two days of sending emails around two programs and a key blocked. HELP!

I was getting the same error, An unknown error (-50) occurred, To resolve this, you need to create a new Entourage identity and setting up your email account. When email address is verified with the new identity and receive email, then try to switch back to the identity that had a problem with and check your email.

Is your LDAP server is configured correctly? It look like establishing the Preferences to see the outgoing emails are against LDAP and not properly configured. To allow this, you need to configure your LDAP server again. And also ensure that you've the correct setting on your Entourage.

This problem may occur if the value of the outgoing message size setting for the user's mailbox exceeds the value of the size settings that you configure your outgoing messages in the Message Delivery Properties dialog box in the Global Settings.

To view the configuration of outbound mail size, double-click Global Settings in Exchange System, click Message Delivery, and then click Properties.
