Acronis imaging issues

Hello. I have an Intel core 2 duo processor with Windows XP service pack 2 installed in it. I have also downloaded a software Acronis imaging software for creating backups in the form of image. I am facing a problem with it now. When I try to execute it shows an error as Acronis true image error and it cannot recognize the hard drive. Please help. Thank you.

The problem generally seems to be with the software. Your systejm is comaptible with the software tool. As you are saying that it shows an error as Acronis true image error and it cannot recognize the hard drive this problem refers to corruption. It might have corrupt. You need to reinstall the software by uninstalling the previous version. This may have occurred due to external entities such as virus or deletion of some system file mistakenly.

Your problem is quite general. This is an issue with the software. try to run the software or boot it with the utility disc of ACRONIS. If you do not have a bootable disc then you need to create one. Create a bootable disc and then run or execute the software. This might work out for you and wont show you any error. Good luck

This might be an issue with the software validity. There can be a possibility that you might not have purchased the software infact you might have downloaded the tool from any desired site. Also the software may not be full version or complete. It might be a demo tool. This is the reason that you are not able access the image. Check out for the same and then you might get to the conclusion.
