Improve internet connection in windows 7

I am using win 7. My internet is working slow. How can I improve internet connection in windows 7 and how can I increase the buffer. Then how can in create a cd to repair win7. How to fix if there is a trouble installing a program or any game.

Open cmd. Then type this: netsh interface tcp show global. After that Check in "Auto Adjust receive window". If it is on normal then move to restrict typing: netsh interface tcp set global autotuning = restricted or switch to disconnect by typing: netsh interface tcp set global autotuning = disabled.

To increase the buffer in Windows 7 you can do the following. Open the registry and navigate to this key:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Memory Management. Create a new DWORD value is the name "IoPageLockLimit" by putting this as value => oooFoooo. Then restart your computer.
