I would like to know that is there any particular tool which can be capable of streaming video between two phones. Is there any tool for video streaming between two phones? The streaming should be done via Bluetooth or ad hoc WLAN. Are you aware of such tool? Let me know your views on the above issue. Thanks.

Firstly check the HP Server and phone is set discoverable from the bluetooth (BT) control panel menu. You have record small clips and use another thread to send the previously recorded clip over bluetooth. To enable that you probably can't afford to compress and decompress the video - so it just becomes a sequence of still frames.
