Right click not working in firefox

I just now found that my mouse's is nit working with Firefox. The mouse works fine with other software's. I can easily play games but when I type something which I want to paste in the browser it does not work. The right button does not work at all. I tried re-connecting it, even I reinstalled the drivers. But no use. Do you have any idea what may be the problem. I can't figure it out. I checked the mouse (hardware) but it is perfect. any help.

I think you have a problem with your browser. Try to reinstall your browser. While removing Firefox be sure to remove all the Firefox settings, because cache matters on the system. While uninstalling Firefox it will ask for it, you can remove them when it prompts you. Try removing it again completely and re-install and then confirm to us about the same. Hope this will help you. I tried re-installing Firefox, but its still not working. I removed all the history, cache, bookmarks etc and removed Firefox completely. But after installation it is still not working. Any other solution for it. I like Firefox to use as my default browser, but I don't know what is the problem with it. This is the first time I am experiencing problems with Firefox. Please help me.

Now when you uninstall Firefox disable javascript in your Firefox. Another problem may be yahoo toolbar. Many people have faced this problems because of some incompatibility issue between yahoo toolbar and Firefox. If you have installed yahoo toolbar try removing the yahoo toolbar first and then uninstall Firefox. You can remove yahoo tool bar from your add/remove program. i think this should solve your problem. Post back if any queries or if you solve this problem.
