Can any one tell me what is Application/OCTET-STREAM attachments and the procedure to open Application/OCTET-STREAM attachments. I received many mails from my clients and it includes attachments MIME-encoded with 'Application/OCTET-STREAM'. Thanks for your help.

MIME (Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions) is an Internet standard for describes message content types.Check the file associations for html and see if anything is associated with the .html extension.Also, do you have octet/stream listed under applications in the file associations menu?
