Atf cleaner vs ccleaner

I have installed windows xp on my system and i am facing lots of registry problem. My windows xp computer hangs when i open multiple application. I want suggestion on temporary file, registry cleaner software. There are only two choices Atf cleaner and ccleaner. Can any one tell me atf cleaner by atribune is better then ccleaner?

I used ATF Cleaner, It's easy to use and clean out the temp files fast. I find ATF better. I am on Windows 64-bit platform, and have a 32 bit XP machine as well. CCleaner doesn't support the large number of extraneous programs that some competitors do, but it can erase traces from such popular programs as Spybot. It might not have the greatest registry cleaner (Registry Mechanic has a much better one). It also lacks some features other popular cleaners have. Other than that, it's swell.
