can't sign in my windows messenger

I am unable to sign into MSN Messenger, get two error messages, have
searched the groups but could not find an answer. The error messages is 8e5e0220, both come up at different stages of trying to sign
in. have done the tests and my computer passes but will not sign in. Would
appreciate some help please

this is the problem i always faced.first i thought that may be for .net fram work .i install the latest version of .net frame work 3.5 sp1 .still having same problem and also one problem occurs that is i can't acess the microsoft web site .can anyone tell me what is the solution..??

I think you should uninstall the current version by using zap messenger and then need to download the latest version on your system. It is possible that you have corrupted cache files; you can try removing the cache folder and check if that helps. You can also temporarily disable your firewall and check if any settings in the firewall is a cause. In order to resolve your above issue, you need to check out the following links.
