Problem with Ulead GIF Animator

When I try to save an image from Ulead GIF Anitmator, I get anm error displaying the following message: "Unable to finish the GIF optimization process". Also when I will click on preview i get this error : "Generating the HTML code failed. Unable to finish the GIF optimization process." What may be wrong? Can anyone tell me what may be the problem with Ulead GIF Anitmator? Please help Guys, Thanks in advance...

Thanks Patio, but i have already been to those threads, the problem describbed is totally different. They have some video output problems on Vista operating systems. But i cannot save any gif image using this ulead gif animator. I don't know what the trouble can be, but i don't even see a way of fixing it myself. I hope i can get proper help here... Thanks!

It seems like even the Ulead forum does not really know how to fix this error, I would suggets you to provide some more detail about your problem so that someone can help you. Some more information like Number of images, resolution, the output format, Etc. would be enough. I do not use this software so i need more detail so that i can try to help...

Here is what i do :
Start the program
File > New > 468x60 Fully transparent
Text tool > Text, "Help me save the image"
Add frame
Text tool > Text "Help me save the image"
Preview > I get error message: "Generating the HTML code failed. Unable to finish the GIF optimization process."
Then i try to sav the file :
File > Save as. GIF File > Save > I again get an error message: "Unable to finish the GIF optimization process."

I installed Ulead GIF Animator and tried it and that doesn't show an error for me. I would recommend you do uninstall the program and install it all over again. Make sure to reboot the PC after uninstalling it. Then when the PC starts again, install Ulead GIF Animator again and try now...
