hey im also havin this problem which says the service net driver HPZ12 hung on starting.

DHCP is networking - sound card shouldn't be a factor. Are you running any VPN software, or have you been? That Service might be having problems because of VPN. There should be a networking icon in the lower right corner near the date/time. Click it, choose 'Network and Sharing Center, then "Diagnose and Repair" in the column on the left.
