SMTP Error - 550

I am getting error 550 Relay Denied Error when i try to send a message from my outlook 2003. Is this related to SMTP server? Do i need to Change my user name?

This error would suggest that the email server that you are trying to send an email to has rejected the content of the message.This error message is coming from the mail server, not from Outlook Express.
