    Outlook sending reported error 0x800CCC33

    Hi,

I'm using Outlook 2007 configured to my email to MSN Hotmail. I get the following error when trying to send messages through Outlook 2003:

"Task MSN sending reported error (0x800CCC33): Account Access was denied. Check your username and password are correct. The server responded Forbidden"

    Can anyone help me ....

Have you found a solution to this yet? I am using the 2003 and the same thing ... and had downloaded the connector that is supposed to ensure that this did not happen again

As per windows live support, you'll encounter this error message if you attempt to access your account using DAV. Microsoft publicly announced June of this year the DAV protocol that will be decommissioned.

Manually remove your account, and make it again. you can do this by:
    1. On the Tools menu of Outlook Express, click "Accounts"
    2. Click on "Mail" tab
    3. Under Accounts, select "Hotmail"
    4. Click the "Remove" button

My problem has been solved after installing Outlook Connector solved the problem. Now I'm able to send and receive messages. Outlook 2007 was set up to use HTTP. Now connector uses MAPI.
