Rename the files so that the .CBZ and .CBR extentions are changed to .ZIP and .RAR . CBR File format used for displaying comic books or other collections of pages.A file decompression utility may be able to decompress CBR files and extract the images.

You can also convert cbr file to pdf from Adobe Acrobat Professional > option Choose File > Create PDF > From Multiple Files... but first you need convert your cbr file in to rar and then extract as jpeg. Another option is STDU Viewer, it is a document viewer for multiple file formats.
