Desktop wont REBOOT

took down computer for a couple days to move it. I set it back up and will not boot. getting message (REBOOT AND SELECT PROPER BOOT DEVICE OR INSERT BOOT MEDIA IN SELECTED BOOT DEVICE AND PRESS ANY KEY) I have tried F10 does not bring up anything can get into esc and F1 menu. Any help would be greatly appreciated kids need to get homework done before tomorrow! thank you!

If your fan runs and the hard drive spins up, then you have a video card problem. The system needs to have the System defaults loaded so it can work fast enough to operate the OS. Well that is my guess. Disconnect everything inside the case but the CPU, memory, and video. Now try to boot.
