I have replaced themecpl.dll and themecpl.dll.mui files witout taking their backup, i need original ones, please can someone upload this files for me, would be really helpful for me, It's located at C:\Windows\System32\en-US . thanks in advance for help. .

I think It can be hard to repair the two files directly. I recommend backing up your important personal files and then restoring the system to its factory settings.
