sharepoint dublicates conacts

Hi all,

I have a shared contactlist in sharepoint and two client pc's with outlook 2007. Now I'm having the very annoying problem that every time the clients sync with sharepoint, the list duplicates all the items. I'm at 70 000 and counting! You can understand that this is not good for the performance of the pc's.

Does someone know what to do?

had also such problem but i dont found any solution for that my 50000 counting so another alternate can be outlook application contacts manager available for outlooks so can sync through that
