rundll32 has stopped working in vista

Hi,
I have vista installed on my laptop. Since i have got this laptop i have got a problem, shows that windows explorer has stopped working and recently when i checked for solutions online it said it was my Power cinema software that caused the problem and need to be updated. I went forward. But from then a new problem, rundll32.exe has stopped working. i know that its an important issue. Somebody please help me....

1. Click on "Start" button, and type "msconfig" in the serach box.
2. Click on "Services", select "Hide all Microsoft services" checkbox.
3. Click on "Disable All" button.
4. Click on "Startup" tab and then click on "Disable All" button.
5. Press "OK" button and then restart your computer.
6. A window opens up. Select "Don't Show....." and then press "OK" button.

Try this:

• Go to computer, your main drive, program files, common files, Ahead, DSfilter.
• Rename "NeroVideoProc.ax" to say "1NeroVideoProc.ax"
• Rename "NeVideo.ax" to say "1NeVideo.ax"
• Reboot
• Problem fixed.

also you can try this command in the command prompts

• regsvr32 /u lmpgvd.ax
• regsvr32 /u lmpgspl.ax
• regsvr32 /u lmpgad.ax
