Nokia PC Suite Software Problem

Recently i had installed nokia pc suite on my system. I was trying to transfer my music through music transfer from pc suite. I had a long list of music, so i had left my phone and computer in a room for a while. After returning back i saw an error message pc stating "music system error" on my desktop screen. But now when i try to open music transfer it opens for a seconds and gets closed automatically. Just few days back i had installed Nokia Pc suite 6.83 on my Nokia n73 phone. So, i would like to know that is there any problem with my Nokia Pc suite? What i need to resolve the above issue? Let me know the correct way to get rid of the above issue. Thanks.

First of all you need to check out whether Nokia PC Suite is compatibility with your system or not. Nokia PC Suite keeps showing new defects version after version after version. Following are the supported operating systems:

• Windows Vista 32-bit and 64-bit editions
  
• Windows XP Professional x64 Edition (Service Pack 2)
  
• Windows XP (Professional or Home Edition) Service Pack 2 or later

You need to make sure that your USB connection is in PC suite mode, if you want to connect your device with PC Suite. Then you need to follow the below steps mentioned. For that you need to go to Nokia n73 Menu, then need to click on Tools, after that select Connectivity and then choose USB.

(i) USB Connection mode => Select PC Suite

(ii) Ask on connection => Yes

In order to get rid of the above issue, you need to download latest Nokia PC Suite 6.85 version on your system. okia PC Suite 6.85 requires 150 MB of free space on your hard disk and a method to connect your device and PC (USB cable, infrared, or Bluetooth). It works well on Windows Xp, Windows Vista as well as on Windows 2000 system.
