Avira vs. ClamWin

I need suggestion on ClamWin and Avira anti virus. I would like to know which one is best for Protecting computer against dangerous viruses, worms, Trojans. Please let me know if any disadvantage of both Avira and ClamWin.

The only disadvantage of Clamwin software is that although it automatically detects virus in your Microsoft Outlook but it does not have a real time scanner. Avira has many false positive (where it treat normal and legit file as infected or virus).
