i have applied outlook personal folder password for security but i dont know how i have forgot my outlook personal folder password , so now no access for my files so please help me to get all messages back ...

try PstPassword. PstPassword is a small utility that allows you to scan the PST file (Personal Folder) in Outlook to find the passwords it contains. PST files from Outlook 97 or higher can be decrypted. Note that only the PST file is required to effect the handling (you do not need to install Outlook).

pst19upg.exe is microsoft Outlook .PST File Password Recovery utility. you can get this application easily by searching it in google it is small and easy utility where this utility was originally designed to upgrade the PST format to version 19. but disadvantage become that is it can strip out the PST password.
