Convert ico to dll

i am running on windows xp and i am looking for application to convert ico to dll or exe (as an icon library) so tell me how i can able to save ico files to an dll or exe ,i want to associate the icons within exe ....

try Iconview ,it is a nice but small utility for viewing all icons under Windows. Iconview scans ICO, EXE, DLL, ICL files for icons. IconView is available in English and German language.
