Windows Xp have just recently installed this database ,whereas the same code functioned properly on an earlier OS, you may not be able to fix the issue without upgrading the database and altering some of the code. The variable is definitely defined at, or just after the point where the f error is encountered."Runtime Error 91: Object variable or with block variable not set" error with Microsoft Message Queuing Triggers

Does the user have full rights on the folder where the database is? The Access makes an xxxx.ldb lock file when the database is opened so i asked the question. If it can't brings you this you'll get the issue. As for the run time error 91 do a google search on 'Access run time error 91' as there you could find necessary information and suggestions.Have you got Office 2000 Service Pack 1, SP3 and other hot fixes applied?

You should replace the hard coded directory path with Current project. Does this problem only affect one particular database? If so, have you
performed the usual steps for recovering a damaged database? It sounds like windows didn't install an Access component so that when Access runs it attempts to install it. However, since it's Windows that is supposed to install it, Access never can so it's destined to repeat itself. I haven't resolved it, but at least I know where to look.
