Do you have an antivirus software? Did you try scanning the file with antivirus? I guess the file may be infected by virus and hence it is eating a lot of memory. Well try to run a complete scan on your computer and if that doesn't help, reboot in safe-mode and do the same... Also try to turn off system restore before scanning your computer...

Yeah, I agree with you, Its a file from Windows Live OneCare. Check if you have enough resource to run Windows Live OneCare on your Server. Try to upgrade some memory and remove unwanted stuff from startup. Hope this helps!

Thanks a lot for your help guys. I don't think the issue is about less system resource. There may be some other problem. I will try to scan my server with antivirus and see if there is any problem when there's a scheduled updates. If i get any trouble will post back... Thanks!
