Acer 7520 No Audio Output Device is installed.


I have Realtek High Definition Audio sound device in my ACER laptop.
My Sound Device Stopped Working without any special changes to the laptop. I am getting message as "No Audio Output Device is installed"

Does anyone have seen such problem, please help me with the same.

I have been to acer website & tried to download the driver but I want you to check it out with your Laptop model number & see if you can download the product driver. Download the Intel chipset driver and the audio driver.
Check Start>Control Panel> System. On the Hardware tab, click Device Manager. If you see any problem like "?" mark or "!" then its due to inappropriate driver installation.

I have the same problem with an Acer computer. the sound driver got deleted without my knowledge! I tried downloading the audio codec drivers for Windows Vista from the Realtek site, but no help. Then I simply made a reboot uninstalled the drivers totally from my system & installed again from the Installation disk. This solved my problem.
