The first & the easy solution to it is Uninstall the program & then Reinstall it... Actually i was facing the same problem with it... I tried removing the program from the computer & installed the New or Updated version of it & it solved my problem...! I quite sure this solution too will solve your problem...! I hope it works...!
- Reregister msxml3.dll. To do so follow the steps below that are applicable to your operating system version:
Windows Vista:
- Click "Start," click "All Programs," click "Accessories," and then right-click "Command Prompt."
- Click "Run as administrator."
- If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password or click "Continue."
- Type the following command, and then press ENTER:
Code:REGSVR32 %windir%\system32\msxml3.dll- If the file can be located and is available, you receive the following message:
Code:DllRegisterServer succeeded in C:\Windows\System32\msxml3.dll is succeeded.- If this step is not successful, go to step 2.
- If this step succeeds, go to step 3.
Windows XP:
- Click "Start," click "Run," type the following command, and then click "OK":

- Visit this Microsoft Web site.
- Click the "msxml3.msi" link near the bottom of the page, and then follow the wizard to complete the installation.
- Restart the computer, and then sign in to Windows Live Messenger again.
Also check that you have the correct Time & date..... on your computer... Actually this matters to the program which you are working on internet.... Actually i was working with Yahoo messenger & It gave me error with it... for time & date....! Try changing the time & date & set it to the the current time & date....! I hope then it works...!
