Case 1: Have you installed the program properly? if yes
Case 2 : This would certainly indicate that the problem with the printer driver, but it does not necessarily mean that the problem is with PCL6. If you still want to use PCL6, check manufacturer's website to see if there are updated drivers. That could solve the problem.
I had the same problem ... for some reason access was not reading my default printer. I tried a trial version of Adobe Professional 6.0 and Adobe could use Access as the printer, it was a roundabout way to create reports, I could change back to my printer. I'm wondering whether it is hardware related?
Any opinions?
A report need to have a printer installed?
I have the same problem when I use my network printer (as I was preparing correctly) but when I can print the XPS Document Writer as the default printer is placed. Is there any way to the network to persuade it to work? also automatically "print" the report on paper document every time it run? how can I post it to export to excel or something?
