I had the same problem and the solution should normally prevent this cursed install to run:

Attention "Install" is a hidden file
    Go to C: \ WINDOWS \ installer

    First, remove "11be5.msi.
    Then delete the folder "(21657574-BD54-48A2-9450-EB03B2C7FC29)

That should be good, it displays a window as before but it disappears immediately.

Sounds like you are having problem with the inserted dvd. The dvd which you have inserted in your cd drive seems as it is either damaged or is not a blank cd. Try inserting the same disc on a different system and then check whether the same thing happens or not. The problem which you are facing is quiet weird but i think that the main reason behind this problem is only the DVD or the media used by you.

I have exactly the same problem.
Packard Bell PC with Sonic myDVD install. With the window that opens uncomfortable every time I try to open a video.

So I try to do the way you explain it SiiSSii. And it does not work.
    Explanation
When I click on "smart restord" nothing opens. Unless an error message.

C: \ Documents and Settings \ All Users \ Start Menu \ Programs \ Support Packard Bell \ Smart restore.lnk
C: \ WINDOWS \ system32 \ autoexec.nt. The system file is not suitable for the running MS-DOS or Microsoft Windows. Choose 'Close' to terminate the application.

Re: Disk is Full error with Sonic MyDVD

The last time I managed to burn, it was a DVDR. I took exactly the same mark EMTEC DVD + RW 120min, to be sure. Because I tried Maxell DVD + RW 120 min video 4.7 GB data, and worse. I just burn an mp3 cd, it works, and the data too. and I burn at least for the dvd but it seems that it is automatic, but as it has always worked well. Should it may be that I try to burn mp3 on my DVDRW to see if the drive works?

The DVD that you had engraved before these problems, do they work well with your various software on your various devices (PC player, player lounge)?

If you have an old DVD (from a previous purchase) works and where you could burn it back qqchose in place, we can not support if (consignment of DVDs) that has a problem?

Uninstall your software and reinstall it,

    • Update the firmware of your burner by the manufacturer's website,
    • Cleans the heads of readings with a cd cleaner,

Install other burning software to see
