How to convert mpg to flv

I am not able to convert mpg video files to flv video files. I have tried many converters, one which is called adobe cs3 flv converter but after conversion there is no audio to the video. I think that I am not doing the correct setting in which I want to convert the files. So can anyone help me with those settings or some good converters for the same. Thanks alot for any help.

Have you tried Total Video Converter. However you're going from equivalent of MPEG4 or better down to MPEG, some sort of quality LOSS and MASSIVE increase in size is expected.
