Can't open email attachments
i am having problems with my new computer. I am running windows vista. I am in my hotmail email and i cannot open any attachments. The main 2 attachments that i have been trying to open are quicktime videos and jpeg pictures. I have no problem opening them on my other computer. They are pictures and videos sent from either my cellphone or from my email were uploaded and sent to myself. The pictures come up with an X in the corner and when you click on the actual attachment, nothing happens. No warning no nothing. For one of the videos it said to download the quicktime player, which i did. Then the videos started working and i seen a couple pictures in my email. Then all of a sudden it stops again. ive tried redownloading the quicktime player but its not helping. i cant even see the pictures or videos that it let me see for that few minutes.
