    Intel ima adpcm (11) missing error

    Hello,

    It is impossible for me to play a WMV file, on my windows media player it says that codec is missing (Intel IMA ADPCM 11). They are not in the codec pack found everywhere , From where i can download this codec. Thanks In advance thank you for the help.

    I think you should download ffdshow, its a a DirectShow decoding filter to decompress DivX movies. It uses libavcodec codec ffmpeg project for video decompression, the post processing code from media player to enhance visual quality of low bitrate movies, and is based on original DirectShow filter from XviD.

    The missing codec might be available to download from the Internet. Try to search it for this codec. or you can also use VLC player to play your videos. Such IMA ADPCM not recognized by media player classic. so it is better for you to use VLC player.
