Vob to avi converter

Hi,

I need to convert Vob file in to AVI. I have some Pirated DVD's which is in >vob format and i want to convert them in to AVI and then Create Data DVD using nero express. Is there any converter which converts .vob file in to AVI. please give me any tutorial on how to convert Vob file in to AVI.
