If you have free space of your hard drive, you can easily mont cd with daemon tools. If you want to mount a image as virtual drive then you need a driver for that. You can just mount it as if it is a normal cd.
Save that image file properly on your hard drive first. If the daemon tools is not accepting the file, then create image with dvd decrypter in iso read mode
mount image into alcohol virtual drive. You can also check this threads:

Image Mounting/Virtual Drive software
DAEMON Tools Lite is a virtual CD/DVD-ROM emulator based on a SCSI miniport driver. It emulates up to 4 DVD-ROM drives and works with CD/DVD images created by many burning and image-creating programs. To mount an image, at least one Virtual CD/DVD-ROM device must be present in the system. Please see Adding Virtual Devices for more information.
From Menu
- Access the DAEMON Tools Menu by either right-clicking the tray icon or clicking the DAEMON Tools button on the left side of the DAEMON Tools Panel
- Select Virtual CD/DVD ROM, select the proper device and click Mount image
- Choose the image you want to mount
From Mount'n'Drive Manager
- Open Mount'n'Drive Manager from DAEMON Tools Panel
- Right-click the image you want to use, click Mount
- select the drive you want to use
