Is Office 2010 available for download?

Hey guys, I need some info. Is the office 2010 is out or download? One of my friend saying me that he has downloaded the office 2010 beta and using it. Is it true? I searched the google but can't find any download for office 2010. Can you guys help me with this search please?

No its not available for the public usage yet. The Technical Preview of office 2010 named as office 14 is released. If you are a legitimate user of the Technical Preview then you can get it. But one good news for you is that it has beed leaked on torrents few weeks ago . Over a month ahead of Office 2010 Technical Preview's availability deadline, the bits have leaked and are now available for download from various sources, including torrent trackers.

The final version of Office 2010 will be available in next year for public. Right now it can only get through Office 2010 Technical Preview to the test – and in order to do so there are two options to get office 2010 : 1) register with Microsoft for a tech preview which has already rolled out from July 1st; the 2) Download Office 2010 Technical Preview from torrent sites. Now its common that every piece of software developed by the Redmond-based company is getting leaked to torrent sites these days, as we saw every build of windows 7 leaked on torrent sites previous days.
