Firstly i will like you to ask that which program is creating that error message??? Normally it is created by Internet Explorer... If you kind find out what program is creating that then which program is that which you always use it...??

Yes Eric has told correctly that Internet Explorer might be creating that problem so just go & remove the internet explorer & reinstall it with the latest version upgrade.... I this will solve your problem.... Hope this is the solution you finding for...!
