You can use a program such as Switch, which has both Windows and Mac versions, to convert them to an iTunes compatible format. It can convert audio files from many different file formats into mp3, wav and many other file formats.

Xiph QuickTime Components (XiphQT) is, in short, the solution for Mac and Windows users who want to use Xiph formats in any QuickTime-based application, e.g. playing Ogg Vorbis in iTunes or producing Ogg Theora with iMovie.

    Download Xiph QuickTime Components

Download and install Fluke. Fortunately, you needn't convert FLAC files before you can play them in iTunes. Select one or more FLAC files, select it and click Open.
