When I try to reply to an email using the "reply to" button, I type about six lines when the program hangs and I can only end the program thereby losing the email

check for compatibility with operating system try to get Outlook express higher version also check for viruses that can be also problem.also try to run thin application in safe mode and then try it in normal windows.
