    Microsoft Project show Percentage of Total Cost

    Is it possible to show the percent of total cost for each task?

    Ex:

    Total project cost is $10,000,000

    Earthwork = 2%
    Site Utilities = 2%
    Concrete = 7%
    ...
    ...
    ...
    Elelctrical - 10%
    etc.
    etc.

    Thanks,

    It is possible by a manual calculation. Try this go to Tools menu and click on options. Then select the calculation tab. Under it go to Microsoft Office Project and click on Manual. Then to calculate for all open projects click on open all project and then click on calculate now. Now here you can manually enter value and calculate the desired sum.
