How to copy public folders to pst

Can any one tell me how to copy public folder to .pst file? Whenever i try to copy it shows error message : Can't move the items. The item could not be moved. It was either already moved or deleted, or access was denied.

To resolve this issue, remove the explicit Deny for the Everyone group on these permissions:
  • Start Exchange System Manager.
  • Under the Folders object, right-click the Public Folders object, and then click Properties.
  • Click the Security tab, and then click the Everyone group.
  • Click to de-select the Deny check box for the three following permissions: Create public folder
  • Create top level public folder
  • Create named properties in the information store
  • Create public folder
  • Create top level public folder
  • Create named properties in the information store
  • Click Apply, and then click OK to close the properties.

Using Outlook 2003? There is way that you can get public folder content in to PST files - move it manually or when you open pst file, you will see the option for copying public folder. There are folders that contain contacts and task, and they don't show up.
