I think you can not do that with your own you will need expertise like professional that films are meticulously and professionally cleaned by hand
- The colors are corrected during the transfers;
- The images are focused on their surface, including the corners, without vignetting or hot spots;
- The images are stable, without shaking, for all transfers to DVD
PAL is not Region 1 so if you have dvd player that plays multiple regions you can play it another thing is you have it reformatted to NTSC. A PAL dvd has less differences than a NTSC dvd. it needs to be reformatted to match Region.PAL uses a different resolution and frame rate . PAL is 25fps and NTSC is 29.97fps so may be some problem..if not support for both
I have a TV PAL / SECAM and not NTSC. I bought a DVD player that does everything then I see the DVD zone 1 and I also tried but the black and white, I think because of the NTSC coding that I did not able to play. I have a problem with the JPEG file format that although not related to any of the standards mentioned appear in their pure black and white.
