    right click problems with menu

Suddenly today my right click menu is missing a key option.
When I wish to save a music or work related research video clip and I right click on it, the 'save target as' option is NOT in bold anymore and will not respond.
I have found an old mouse to try (to eliminate the possiblility of it being a mouse problem) and this has the same outcome.
As I use this option 100's of times a week this is a big problem!!

    Any help please?

This behavior can occur if Content Advisor is enabled. . To fix this:
    Disable Content Advisor:
    • In Internet Explorer go to the Tools menu, select Internet Options.
    • Select the Content tab.
    • Click the Disable button.
    • When prompted enter your supervisor password in the text box.
    • Click OK.
    • In the Internet Options window click OK.

Re: right click problems with menu

These problems are caused by a bad context menu handler. A context menu handler is a shell extension handler that adds commands to an existing context menu. One way to quickly cure slow right click problems is to isolate the program using a free tool called ShellExView.
