try DVD Shrink. DVDShrink is software to backup DVD discs. You can use this software in conjunction with DVD burning software of your choice, to make a backup copy of any DVD video disc.DVDShrink will also burn your backup DVD, if you have installed the latest version of Nero.

Use ImgTool Classic. ImgTool Classic is used to build DVD Video compliant images from DVD Root directories (VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS).ImgTool Classic is mostly a graphic user interface for a command line tool called mkisofs.with this you can create .iso files then use DVD Decrypter or Nero to burn also you can try any other compatible burner.
