Nero cd dvd benchmark

hi
i have Nero installed on my windows xp but when i tried to test but dvd speed test does not function properly any longer. It shows error and get aborted as it was being started. what is the problem ? any help ?

Reinstall Nero by uninstalling first also use cc cleaner to clean it properly then install it again the problem can be due to new application that you recently installed or uninstalled so installing gain it may help you better to solve this problem..
