Cannot enable add-in in outlook

I am using Outlook 2007 and everything is working fine expect few things like i am enable add-in in outlook, i have try a lot to find out whats steps need to be follow for enabling add-in but was not able to get it and at the same time i also asked my friends about it he also don't have any idea about it because early he was using Outlook 2003 he told me that there is some option as MANAGE COM ADD-INS, but don't know where it's. Can anyone help me out with this issue ?

If you want to enable enable add-in in Outlook 2007.

1. In Outlook, go to Help and then click on Microsoft Office Outlook.
   
2. Then a new window would appears and click on Disabled Items button.
   
3. Now disabled window would appears over here highlight the rows and click on Enable' button then click on close button when complete.
   
4. Finally click the 'OK' button to close the first window opened and restart your Outlook.

I was also facing such kind when i was trying to attempt to enable the add-in in the Outlook Trust Center results in a load behavior of: Not loaded. A runtime error occurred during the loading of the COM Add-in. If you try to remove the add-in and then re-add it, you receive an error that the OlMinAddin.dll is not a valid Office Add-in.

It might happen that OlMinAddin.dll file is being missing because of which you are facing this issue. Try to install the following .dll files

• msvcr71.dll
• msvcp71.dll

You need to copy those files from your Office CD and place it in the following location %PROGRAMFILES% or i guess reinstall your Outlook would solve your problem.
