    couponprinter.exe - is it safe?

    Hello to everyone helping here, I have just come across the website to download the free coupons , but this websites wants me to download the application first , called the coupon printer. And the file downloading is couponprinter.exe . I want to know info about this application. Is it safe to install it on my pc or i'm inviting spywares and trojans? Please HELP !

    As i googled you query, i got the following info:

    couponprinter.exe has been seen for following threats :

    • This Process Deletes Other Processes From Disk
    • Executes Processes stored in Temporary Folders
    • This process creates other processes on disk
    • Executes a Process
    • Writes to another Process's Virtual Memory (Process Hijacking)
    • Creates system tray popups, messages, errors and security warnings

    Yeah, It is safe to install, i did once, in case if it creates prob you can uninstall always once you have printed your coupons.

    As for the couponprinter.exe, I've checked over the internet, many report says its a malware. They only thin i can suggest you is, if you want to install it make backup your important files and resetting your whole computer. Or, if it really is a malware, Norton should be able to detect it and you may be able to remove it.
