Dell Inspiron 530 DVD Burner software

hi
i am having Dell Inspiron 530 desktop that i had before more than 9 months now the i am having problem with DVD Burner software.i am getting this error Windows encountered a problem when trying to copy this file. What do you want Windows to do (retry, skip or cancel?) please any one can suggest me solution to this problem any good software that i can use?

This is the problem due to your burning application just uninstall your burning application and reinstall Nero for your dell driver disk. If that is not going to solve your problem then check for latest updated application and uninstall it as this application may cause for problem with burning software. so undo all recent installation and reinstall burning application try to update it

Update your Dell Inspiron 530 driver to latest version also try to update firmware of your dvd burner. I have a dell Inspiron 530 i am able to burn dvd with Roxio, Nero but the problem is i am unable to burn using Windows burning utility nor with CloneDVD
