Unable to redirect to login page

I developed my website from the private web designing company, they have provide me the login option option for the user on the home page when I try to login to the page it opens up small pop up menu and does not provide the expected result, Please went.

After configuring the module, the custom 403 error page displays correctly with the link to the login page. Login redirect page Site Administration > Security > Site policies However, when the user logs in, it redirects to the index page of my site instead of the page they were trying to access before.

Have the following Code in the Code Behind file of the Home Page

From an usability standpoint, it's even better - the login form is inserted directly onto the access denied page, instead of making the user click through. If your only your redirect page is under port :8080 it should work; try and access it from another computer other then your local box. I've discovered (not all the time but sometimes)

I have made the decision to destroy the version not working. Now the Newer Moodle is not letting me into the site and its behaving in the same manner as the one that I just removed. When you access the Login Page a new session is started. You then enter the user name and the password and press the Login button. Can you assist in correcting what ever it is that I have done to lock myself out of this site. I would appreciate the assistance.
